Originally thinking she'd go into the medical field, Maggie discovered accounting through a class in high school. She found it to be rewarding and challenging, so she pursued her bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois. Following college, Maggie received her CPA while working in Public Accounting. Fast forward to today, Maggie loves being part of the Fortiviti team, especially the family feel and flexible hours, which help her balance her career and life with two young kids.

Over the years, Maggie has stayed involved in her profession and her community. Being new to the Kansas City area, Maggie is looking forward to getting involved in her new community.

At home, Maggie and her husband, Dan, are busy chasing after their two little ones. They love staying active and spending time outdoors. One of their favorite spots to visit is the Lake of the Ozarks. And while Maggie isn’t a huge sports fan, she does have a Chiefs shirt—so she’s ready when game day rolls around!
