Katie studied at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services. She started her career working in an Orthodontic office where she had a hand in the financial functions of the business. During her 8-year journey there, she realized she was very meticulous and loved the structure of the parts of the accounting she assisted with.

She volunteers along with her longtime friend group at Harvester’s once a year as a group giveback. They also take breakfast to Ronald McDonald house twice a year as well. Katie is also very involved in her nephew’s lives and attends many of their sporting/life events.

Katie is most commonly described as a family and friend-oriented person. She really enjoys being around individuals that bring her joy and fulfillment. A special member of her family is her Yellow Lab named Pearl and they often do outdoor activities together. There is potential to run into her at Sunflower fields playing a round of golf, or jet-setting across the country to see a friend.
