Hayleigh Arnold
Hayleigh has a strong foundation in accounting, starting her journey with a pivotal accounting class at Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Discovering her natural aptitude for the subject, she pursued an associate degree there before transferring to the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), where she earned her bachelor’s in accounting with a minor in computer science. During her academic journey, Hayleigh completed an internship, working on the corporate accounting team for a year, which solidified her interest in the field. Joining Fortiviti has provided Hayleigh with the opportunity to explore various facets of accounting for small and medium-sized businesses. She appreciates the chance to gain deeper insights into the accounting functions of these businesses while mapping out her career goals.
Currently, Hayleigh is working part-time on her master’s degree in data analytics and pursuing her CPA certification. She is also excited about Fortiviti's community engagement opportunities through our all-company philanthropic Give Backs.
Outside of work and academics, Hayleigh values time with her family, affectionately known as the Fantastic Four, which includes her grandparents and mother. Together, they enjoy playing games, traveling, and dining out. Hayleigh leads an active lifestyle, often running 5Ks and exploring hobbies like rock climbing—a passion she discovered recently. She also enjoys painting ceramics at local cafés, where she can relax and connect with others.
